RECIPE OF THE DAY#CAULIFLOWER PIZZA#


                                🍕Cauliflower pizza crust 🍕

Ingredients for Pizza base……Cauliflower, cabbage, zucchini, potatoes, bread crumbs, oregano & salt…

 Other ingredients for topping……Veg toppings of your choice like capsicum, onions, black olives, paneer, cheese cubes, cherry tomatoes, tomato sauce, pizza sauce & oregano leaves……

Toppings including sausages


 can add nonveg toppings also like chicken, salami, kind of sausages…


Let’s prepare the base……Boiled the potatoes and keep aside. Grind the cabbage & cauliflower in food processor. Now steam the cauliflower, cabbage & zucchini. Now squeeze the excess amount of water. Now mix all the boiled ingredients, bread crumbs, oregano,3-4 spoons of grated paneer & pinch of salt. Now grease the pizza pan with parchment paper, spread the mixture & give a nice round shape to it. Bake it at 180 0c for 20 -25 minutes then increase the temperature till 210 0c for another 15 minutes.

Let’s top it with colorful toppings……… If pizza crust is done with light golden brown color, take it out & apply melted butter & pizza sauce, tomato sauce. Top up with veg or nonveg toppings including cheese cubes, cherry tomatoes, capsicum, onions, black olives, grated paneer. Squeeze the spicy tomato sauce.  Again, bake it for 10 - 15 minutes at 180 0c….

Ingredients..... .All fresh veggies of your choice, Spinach, Green Chutney,Sweet n spicy tomato sauce,Veg Mayonnaise, Cheese cubes, Cheese slices,Pizza sauce, Oregano leaves, Black pepper,Chilli flakes,Salt, Butter


Preparation......



1. Prepare green Chutney with fresh Coriander leaves, mint leaves,3-4 garlic cloves,1green Chilli, salt according to your keep aside.

2. Dice the veggies.If using potatoes n cauliflower ,boil them for 4-5 minutes. In large bowl mix all the veggies, including chopped spinach, green Chutney, pizza sauce, mayonnaise, oregano, dash of salt, black pepper, Chilli flakes.

Mix all veggies with dry and wet Ingridents


3. Mix everything gently.



Add Green Veggies


4. Grease the baking tray with butter.




5. Transfer all the veggies evenly in to the baking tray.

6. Grate some cheese cubes, cheese slices & Spicy tomato sauce on top of the veggies. Sprinkle Oregano leaves & pour 3-4 table spoons of melted butter.

7. Bake at 180°c for 30-45 minutes.

8 . When the final output will come... garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.

Key Points..... #Veggies should be nicely diced to be baked properly # Always use freshly grinded green Chutney & immediately use it # use black pepper and chilli flakes according to taste # Non vegetarian's can use boiled chicken, Salami n Sausages along with the veggies#Always preheat the oven before baking..#Baking time n temperature may vary according to Ovens#..
