Preparation......
1. Prepare green Chutney with fresh Coriander leaves, mint leaves,3-4 garlic cloves,1green Chilli, salt according to your keep aside.

2. Dice the veggies.If using potatoes n cauliflower ,boil them for 4-5 minutes. In large bowl mix all the veggies, including chopped spinach, green Chutney, pizza sauce, mayonnaise, oregano, dash of salt, black pepper, Chilli flakes.

3. Mix everything gently.

4. Grease the baking tray with butter.
5. Transfer all the veggies evenly in to the baking tray.

6. Grate some cheese cubes, cheese slices & Spicy tomato sauce on top of the veggies. Sprinkle Oregano leaves & pour 3-4 table spoons of melted butter.

7. Bake at 180°c for 30-45 minutes.

8 . When the final output will come... garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
